Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of payco.ai and the PaycoOS platform. Opening a merchant account is additionally governed by the Payco Service Agreement and the agreements of our sponsor banks, which control where they are more specific.
Using the platform
- You agree to provide accurate information — underwriting decisions and card-network registrations depend on it.
- Accounts and credentials are personal to your business; keep them confidential and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.
- You will not misuse the platform: no unlawful content, no attempts to probe or disrupt the service, no scraping of other users' information.
Applications and services
Submitting an application is a request, not a guarantee — approval decisions belong to Payco and its sponsor banks. Quotes and estimates shown on the platform are estimates until confirmed in a signed agreement. Equipment pricing shown is list pricing; your final pricing appears on your quote.
The community forum
Forum content belongs to its authors; by posting you give Payco a license to display it on the platform. Be civil. We may moderate, lock, or remove content and accounts that break these terms.
Disclaimers & limits
The platform is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, Payco is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site, and our total liability for platform use is limited to the fees you paid us for it in the prior twelve months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes & contact
